6 months total rent in advance to be settled within 07 working days from the date of signing the Lease Contract. The subsequent payments will be settled every 03 months within 07 working days of the first week of each payment.

Tenant’s Fitting-out
The Tenant may use it’s own contractors to complete its fitting-out. The fitting-out work does not damage the building structure

The Tenant makes direct application to Service Providers in Vietnam (or to The Landlord)
Utility Costs
Utilities paid to Landlord by the Tenant subject to actual consumption. Electricity meters will monitor electricity consumption of lighting system and other electrical facilities from the date of the premises handing over.
